I of course pigged put on the weekend and didn't eat so well.
Saturday I had doughnuts and breakfast tacos for breakfast with a starbucks mocha frapp. That starbucks drink was so good. I hadnt had coffee in a while. For Lunch we were at the mall and I had orange chicken with fried rice, with a couple sips of tea to drink. For dinner I had 3 tacos from Dairy Queen with a Dr Pepper
Sunday Brekafast I had 2 blueberry muffins. For Lunch we went to CiCi's and I had pizza, pasta and a small salad with a dr pepper. My parents came over in the evening and my dad ordered pizza. I think I have had my fair share of pizza to last me a while!
GOALS
1. Try to not drink any caffeine this week.
2. Try to go for a walk 4 times this week.
3. Try to diet/eat better on the weekends.
My day started off a little differently today cause we took Ryley to his first ever dentist appointment.
Breakfast 10:30 1 Nature Valley granola bar 90 calories

Lunch 12:30 1 Can of progresso light vegetable soup 120 calories.

Side Note
I bought a pair of size 6 capris on clearance to entice myself to lose weight to be able to fit into them. Howver I tried them on and they fit. That was so awesome. Anyways now I am in between sizes that I own. I dont have anything that fits. I am not complaining but for the past couple of weeks I have to wear a belt with all my work clothes and now I am like I just need to go buy some clothes. I was trying to hold off till I lost more weight but that hasnt happened. Maybe I will just buy like a pair of black pants or something.

6:05 went for a 1 1/4 mile walk with the boys.
6:50 Dinner Other 1/2 of Turkey club wrap from Friday. (It was still good) 250 cal.

I am making cookies and licking the bowl. 175 calories for cookie dough.
Total 755 calories.

ReplyDeleteWoohooo! Congratulations on fitting into your new size 6 capris. I kinda do the same thing...I own a pair of jeans (owned them since I first lost weight) and I pull them out of my closet once a year just to make sure I haven't gained weight. If they are too tight or I can't button them(happened once where I couldn't pull them up...freaked me out), I start changing the way I eat and exercise a little more until I can fit in them again.
