Lunch Santa Fe Chicken soup 140 cal.
16 oz of water

Snack Kashi bar 120 cal.
8oz of water

Dinner half of a pizza (Chicken, onion, tomato, bell pepper and cheese) 300 cal.
Couple bites of hamburger meat mixed with tomatos peppers and onion. 100 cal.
16 oz of water

Total 850 cal.
