I am so sleepy and tired today.
8 oz of water while getting ready for work.
Breakfast 9:00 1 Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
16 oz of vitamin water 100 cal.
There are some bagels in my office staring at me this morning. Wish me luck on not being tempted.
Lunch 12:30 1 can of progresso chicken and vegetable soup. 140 cal.
Raisin Bagel 360 cal (Boo I gave in)
2 oz of fat free cream cheese 150 cal.
16 oz water.

ReplyDeleteThey arent bad they just have too many darn calories. I gave in and got one.
ReplyDeleteI love bagels too. I used to eat tons of them and didn't even realize they were full of calories until a few years ago so I had to give them up.
