Day 1 Again!

I went to the allergy doctor today. I found out I am basically allergic to everything I was tested for except for Mold and dogs. So I am on meds and a nasal spray until I go back in 4 weeks to see if I want to get on allergy shots because I am a good candidate.

So since I was out of my normal routine I didnt get to drink water while getting ready.
Breakfast 1 Nature valley granola bar 90 cal.
8 oz of coffee 300 cal (guessing)

Lunch 1 can of Progresso Light Santa Fe Style Chicken soup 160 cal.
That soup is my fav.
24 oz of water.

1 piece of gum 5 cal.
24 oz of water

Dinner 1 chicken veggie patty sandwich 350 cal.

Starting again on monday

Ok I am going to start dieting again on Monday. Why Monday because for some reason I can only start on Mondays.

I think one of my problems is I am trying to jump into it to fast. So my goal for the first two weeks is going to be eat no more than 1240 calories a day. I was trying to keep it under a 1000 but i will try to 1240 to see if I can stick to that better. That is based on my weight, height, age and activity level. So have a good weekend. I shall be back to blogging on Monday. No better time to start than right before Thanksgiving. LOL.

Monday

Well I so need to lose weight but have no motivation. Being heavier is making me depressed.

I have finally made an appointment to see an allergy specialist for next Monday. The only down side to that is I can't take any type of allergy medicine for a whole week. So if I have an allergy flare up I am gonna be in trouble. If I like this doctor I might even take Aiden to get an allergy test done since he has allergies and exzema.

Anyways for breakfast I had one Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
8 oz of caffeine & sugar (coffee)

In the meantime can some one please send me some motivation or some motivational tips to stay on board and lose weight.

Tuesday

Didn't sleep at all Monday night. I could barely even get out of bed to go to the bathroom. I was sweating or having chills and my head was pounding. I had 1 piece of toast with I can't belive its not butter. Went to the doctor and was told I have a sinus infection and a viral infection. I guess the viral infection it what was making me feel so darn bad. Skipped lunch and then for dinner since I had to take so much medicine with food I ate a bagel with strawberry cream cheese.

Wednesday
Today I fell better from yesterday. Today I just feel like have a sinus infection which I can deal with.

Monday

Yesterday I had allergies so bad. Thankfully I had them yesterday and not on Aidens birthday. Well today I still have them they just havent gotten real bad yet. Well this morning we had to take Aiden for his two year check up. He weighes 25 lbs and he got three shots. One of them was the flu shot. Ryley didnt get his flu shot cause they were out of the regular kind and I didnt understand what they were telling me about the other one. So I told them I will just wait till you get more in.

Since my morning was different than normal I didnt drink my water.

When I got to work I had 8 oz of coffee with lots of cream and sugar.
Then at 10:30 I had 16 oz of water.

We were celebrating my bosses birthday today thats why i ate the cookies. They were so good. They came from a bakery by SMU. The first time i thought i was grabbing an oatmeal raisin cookie but it ended up being choco chip so this afternoon I had to go find an Oatmeal raisin one since that was what I originally wanted.

Tuesday

No water while getting ready. We have a filter on our refrigerator but I filled up a whole bunch of containers and the last one was my cup and the water in it tastes like plastic. So I couldnt drink it I had to pour it out and get more, which means its cold and its really hard for me to drink cold water fast.

Breakfast Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
8 oz of coffee 300 cal. (I am guessing cause I have no clue.)

Lunch I went out to eat with my parents. I went to Highland Park Cafeteria again. It was actually good this time.
I had a serving of chicken tetrazini, a serving of corn and 1/4 serving of spinach.
8 oz of water. (not sure of the calories)

Snack 16 oz of water
1 Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond kashi bar 130 cal. It was my first time to try this and I didnt really like it that much I will just stick with my dark chocolate cherry kashi bars.

Dinner 1 chicken breast 1/2 cup of herb and butter rice and 1/4 cup of green beans.

I had to get coffee i have a slight headache and when I went to the restroom they used some sort of cleaning supplies that were very strong and made my head start hurting more. So I had to get some coffee to wreak havoc on my body...lol
I am guessing my coffee had about 350 cal. I love sugar and cream, and i wont drink coffee without it.

I was thinking about not dieting this week cause everyday I have been tempted by something. On the way to work I wanted Starbucks again but I was in the wrong lane so I couldnt turn. I think that was GOD telling me I didnt need the drink. Anyways so I came in and had my normal breakfast. Still not sure how the day will go because my dad is coming over tonight and bringing dinner. Hopefull I can stick to the diet.

Weekend Update
Saturday
I ate cereal for breakfast, lunch was at the reunion so I had lots of diff meat that were so good, oh and lots of cookies. For dinner I had a subway sandwich.

Sunday
I ate cereal for breakfast. I had a chicken sandwich and baked potato from wendys. For dinner I made me a spinach and chicken quesadilla.

Monday
I had to work so I ate my granola bar and I had a pepperment mocha latte from Starbucks. We had a picnic at lunch. I thought they were having hamburgers but they didnt so I had 1/2 of a chicken fajita and a couple of chips. I ate my Kashi bar for my snack. Dinner I had a grilled chicken sandwich from Chick Fila and some potato salad. I also ate lots of cookies and drank lots of caffeine free DP.

On my walking goal for this week, I am going to change it to walking 3 times this week, even though I dont even think I will make that. I didnt meet any of my goals last week.

Tuesday

I eat the same breakfast and lunch basically when I am work. I have just found that consistency works better for me. Soups are easy to take with me and warm up. I guess I am on a soup kick cause I just love them. Plus I am getting some vegetable too. Even the first time 5 years ago when I lost 40 pounds I ate the same thing every day. Like right now I really feel like I can lose more weight if I would just stick to my diet on Friday nights and weekends. Its just so hard. Like right now I am craving some Gloria's food. So i think I might go there Friday or Saturday.

Monday

I of course pigged put on the weekend and didn't eat so well.
Saturday I had doughnuts and breakfast tacos for breakfast with a starbucks mocha frapp. That starbucks drink was so good. I hadnt had coffee in a while. For Lunch we were at the mall and I had orange chicken with fried rice, with a couple sips of tea to drink. For dinner I had 3 tacos from Dairy Queen with a Dr Pepper
Sunday Brekafast I had 2 blueberry muffins. For Lunch we went to CiCi's and I had pizza, pasta and a small salad with a dr pepper. My parents came over in the evening and my dad ordered pizza. I think I have had my fair share of pizza to last me a while!

GOALS
1. Try to not drink any caffeine this week.
2. Try to go for a walk 4 times this week.
3. Try to diet/eat better on the weekends.

My day started off a little differently today cause we took Ryley to his first ever dentist appointment.

I bought a pair of size 6 capris on clearance to entice myself to lose weight to be able to fit into them. Howver I tried them on and they fit. That was so awesome. Anyways now I am in between sizes that I own. I dont have anything that fits. I am not complaining but for the past couple of weeks I have to wear a belt with all my work clothes and now I am like I just need to go buy some clothes. I was trying to hold off till I lost more weight but that hasnt happened. Maybe I will just buy like a pair of black pants or something.

Well I had a great birthday yesterday. Guys I so dont want to get older. My mom is only in her late 60's but already has so many problems. Some of these problems I knew were gonna come since she had diabetes I just didnt realize we would have to deal with them so soon.

Anyways I pretty much know that I will get diabetes in my future cause its runs strong on my mothers side. So I really need to watch my sugar and my weight. I probably need to take a class on it now to help her and better understand everything for my moms sake and mine.

Day 38

Today is my birthday!
I didnt really get to drink any water while getting ready this morning. On the news they were saying there was an accident and was backed up my way and that you should leave 45 minutes earlier. Well that was out of the question. I was freaking out about meing late to work today. However I called Dave and he told me to take the kids to his job and he would take them to him moms house. Whew what a relief. So instead of being late to work today I was 30 minutes early.

Day 26

Oh I woke up this morning and could not breathe out of the left side of my nose. I felt so awful. I dropped the kids off and went to work but didnt stay very long cause my head was killing me and my nose was running and I couldnt stop sneezing. I think I either left my pedomter at my mother in laws or lost it.

Came home went to sleep and woke up not being able to breathe at all through my nose.

Goodness I went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 6:00 and I just feel so dead tired. Yesterday I ended up taking about 6200 steps. However I think I also might have had a button issue cause David had informed me I took a bunch of stes but it hadnt changed. Oh I am not wearing my pedometer today but I am gonna wear it tomorrow. I am also not going for a walk today but I am gonna go tomorrow. I figure every other day is good, but also today is gonna be too hot.

I am very sleepy and I have allergies today. Not a good combo.
I drank one cup of water while getting ready for work this morning. I also strapped on my pedometer. Not sure if I can wear it all day because I am wearing a dress and I have a meeting to go to this afternoon. I was impressed though in like 20 minutes I had already taken 500 steps. I just bought a cheap 5.00 one from WalMart last night. They have better ones but for now this will do.

I have a side note since I dont have another blog. Ryley made a little friend that lives across the street who is a girl. She reminds me a lot of Presley. He asked me where his friends were and I said she went inside to eat. He said no momma the duded. He is so funny.

A New day

Ok my stomach is sore today but I am feeling better.

One cup of water while getting ready for work. I had a heck of a morning today.

Oh yeah and I eat a stick of gum everyday so there should be 5 more calories added on to everyday that I work. I chew gum so I wont be tempted to eat so much. Oh and this morning before I left for work I went ahead and did 30 crunches.

Yesterday at the grocery store I bought some Weight watcher snack cakes and some Cherry Cola 0. I figured I might as well have some for the weekend when I am cheating might as well drink that insead of regular sodas.

Dinner: Lunchables pizza they come with three crusts and chedder and mozarella cheese. I ate two crusts with sauce mozarella cheese and I threw on a couple small pieces of chicken breast. OK I totally went off my diet yesterday

Lunch: We went to CiCi's pizza yeah I still cant do buffets cause I have no will power. So i had like a glass of Dr Pepper and like 4 slices of pizza.

We went to Joan's in the afternoon so David could help Carl chop down part of the tree that fell down on Friday so we stayed there pretty late and Carl ended up cooking out.
So I had like 5 grilled shrimp 2 regualar shrinp, 1 chicken strip and 1/2 of a steak with like a 1/2 cup of corn. I also had like to more Dp's. I think I had 1 skinny cow ice cream and I made lemon bars so I had one of those.

Well before I ate dinner my stomach got really upset at around 8:00 and I couldnt stay out of the bathroom till like 2:00 in the morning. So I am not sure but I keep finding that every time I go off my diet my body punishes me. So I am really just going to have to stick to my diet on the weekends and no buffets and no fried chicken.

Oh gosh I am in the same boat with you guys. I stayed up late last night foldiong all the laundry. I had weeks piled up. So I didnt get a lot of sleep and on top of all that I have really bad sinuses today. I feel like crap. I didnt even drink any water this morning when i was getting ready.
When I got to work I wanted coffee so bad but I finally decided against it. Then I was like ok well I need an energy drink, but I finally convinced myself it wasnt worth the calories today. So here goes

My boss asked me if I wanted to go to taco bueno. Oh that was so hard to say no to. I so wanted a taco salad but I looked up the calories and sadly refused.

Side note: I have found I really have to pay attention to what I am eating or I will just gobble everything. When I get my food I have to distinguish how much a portion is and determine how many calories it has before I just eat. Also before when I was dieting I would not diet on the weekend but then the following Monday it would be so hard to get back on that diet routine. However this past weekend I didnt go off my diet and Monday morning I had no problem continuing my diet and I also didnt feel guilty. This weekend is gonna be really hard with a birthday party and Easter. I guess we shall see how I do.

The ones they brought me are a little bigger than the ones I had before. I had asked them in advance that if they happened to give them away at the ride that they could toss them my way cause they are hard to find.

Dinner: Fajita with no tortilla 190 calories
my fajita mixturewas made up of 3oz of tyson chicken slices (1 serving), couple slices of bell peppers and onion all sauteed in a little bit of I can't believe its not butter.

Then I had 1/2 of colby jack cheese stick. 45 calories (I was planning on eating the whole thing but the boys saw me eating it and ran over to help me eat it.)

The actual thing was 290 cal but I didnt eat it all so I am deducting some calories.

Snack: Fiber One oats and strawberries with almonds it has 140 calories but I didnt eat the whole thing. I am gonna say I ate about 3/4 of it so that was about 105 calories. I ran out of my 100 calorie snacks so I took one of Davids snacks. (hee hee)

Dinner Small salad- Lettuce, cheese, chicken, tad bit of ranch, tad bit of salsa. 250 calories

Girls, I also havent had any cokes or coffee this week and I feel better. My skin feels better and I have more energy in the night time. Or it could have been eating so many sweets at night. For the last two weeks I had been eating tons of sweets at work and when I got home from work. So thats been hard for me. The weekend is going to be tough for me though I just know it.

I was making my boys pizza for dinner after I had eaten, and I so wanted some of that pizza so I immediately drank a big glass of water so i could feel full and not think about the pizza.

Lunch: ToBe Determined I forgot to bring something for lunch. I do have a slimfast but I hate drinking a meal cause I feel jipped.
Ok I went to McDonalds and got a Southwest grilled chicken salad. I only ate 1/2 of it. 210 calories. 1 bottle of water

Snack Bottle of water and 100 calorie oreo thin crisps

Dinner: I had a small portion ofmexican chicken dinner
It was white rice, green and red bell peppers, corn, hot sauce and chicken breast, with grated cheese. It was very good. I measured 1/2 cup of rice which is one serving and it had 200 calories and I had 1/2 of a chicken breast. I am gonna guess that what I ate was about 300 calories.
1 bottle of water.

Total calories= 800 calories.

Side note: I talked to my dad today he said he has lost a total of 12 pounds and he tarted his diet last Monday. I also asked him how much he weighed. Surprisingly he told me and I was shocked, if I would have known that before I would have been on his butt to start dieting sooner.

At Target yesterday I found an energy drink I though might be like the Vitamin Energy but it wasnt. I love that Vitamin energy drink that you guys drink. So if you ever see it in a store please let me know.

2 cups of water. (I am a peeing machine.)

Side NoTE My dad started his diet last week he is doing Nutrasystem. So far he says their food is not so great at least the soups arent. Anyways last week he had already lost 6 pounds. He said the first day he couldnt stay out of the bathroom. I told him he probably lost the 6 six pounds that first day. Pure water weight. He tried to start walking around his job at night and he fell because the sidewalk was uneven. Poor daddy. I am very proud of him for making the attempt to start dieting. He wanted to do the lap band but decided to try this first. GO DAD!!!!

Not yet..

Today is Saturday, I will start my diet on Monday. I have never been able to follow through with a diet in less I start it on Monday. Also when I go to the grovery store tomorrow I will have to buy some more healthy options than what I currently have. (hee hee) Anyways I guess I can say what I have eaten today.
For breakfast I had to breakfast tacos that were made with sausage, bell peppers, onions 1 egg and a tad bit of cheese wrapped in a tortilla. 1 cup of water
