Tuesday
Yeah I didnt eat anything else last night.
16 oz of water while driving. I was very thirsty.
Breakfast 8:30 1 Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
16 oz of Vitamin Water 100 cal.
Lunch 12:15 1 Can of Progresso Italian Style vegetable soup 120 cal.
8 oz of water.
Snack 3:00 100 cal Oreo thin crisps
24 oz of water.
I just passed up some desert that sure did look good and high in calories. The only reason i didnt try it was cause I had no clue how many cal it had.
1 piece of gum 5 cal.
Dinner 6:45 Chciken salad 100 cal
8 small crackers 40 cal.
Some green beans 20 cal.
1 fishstick 40 cal. (It was leftover and it was just calling my name.)
24 oz of water
Total 615 cal.

Here we go again
Ok here's to another new start

I was thinking I wouldnt like this soup but to my surprise I did.

Snacks 2:30 Kashi Dark Chocolate cherry chewy 120 cal.
8 oz of water
2 pieces of gum 10 cal.
Dinner 7:45 Chicken Salad 100 cal.
6 small crackers 30 cal
6 small grapes 15 cal.
16 oz of water

Another Monday
I was running late to work today so I didnt get to drink my water this morning. I even forgot to take my vitamins, so I am so sleepy and dont have a lot of energy. I actually mowed the grass yesterday and did some weed eating for my first time ever. My body is a little achy from that and my arms are a lot sunburned from it.
