Lunch Went to the bridal show today and filled up on a whole bunch of samples. The cake samples alone were probably way to many calories.

Dinner I had lots and lots of chips and hot sauce, chicken taco salad, soft serve ice cream, and a sopapilla.

I probably had about 6 cups of water all throughout the day.
I feel miserable. Cheat days suck and aren't worth it!

It was so good. Gosh I love there soup I wanted to eat the whole thing but I kept drinking water and soon my tummy felt full.
What I also failed to mention is that my coworkers wanted to go out to lunch and I have been turning them down since I was dieting but today they made me cave so I really battled with going and if so what I would eat. Normally when I go I get soup and sandwich. I must admit eating out is very hard when your dieting, especially when the people around you arent dieting.

My back has been bothering me the past couple of weeks. Yesterday David touched my back right where it had been hurting and it turns out I have a strawberry mark there. Anyone know what that could mean. I can't sleep on my stomach cause when I wake up my back will be killing me. I took Aleve last night so today my back feels better. I had been making excuses as to why it was hurting like my shoes or my diet, but now I am starting to get worried. It sucks to get old. I think I will start holding at 29 this year...LOL

Oh I am noticing a lack of energy. I havent been sleeping very well this past week, so I think I probably need to eat more calories and get more sleep. However I am scared to consume more calories cause I am starting to lose a couple of pounds now. I know I am crazy but I want to lose at least twenty five pounds and I dont want to lose just a pound a week cause that would take me 25 weeks. ugh.

I think I put the wrong year on my other blog...hmm? Anyways today has been different. I had to drive on ice. It took me an hour and a half to drop off the kids. I was an hour late to work.

Breakfast 10:00 6oz of coffee 200 cal.
No granola bar. It was too late.

Lunch Vegetable soup. It was homeade so I have no idea on the calories. I will just say 150 cal.
The story behind that is I had my regular soup but my cup tipped over in the microwave so I luckily my coworkers rushed to my rescue with their soups. Guess everyone likes to eat soup in the winter. This soup is might good though I will have to get the recipe.

Dinner 6:30 1/4 of a Totinos Cheese pizza(2 slices) 156 calories
David made sloppy Jo stuff but I just didnt like the way it smelled so I ate pizza with the boys. 16 oz of water.

Oh David was taunting me by talking about making a cookies and cream shake. He through out the cherry pie though. However when you get blue bell vanilla ice cream with oreo cookies in it, it taste just like blue bell cookies and cream. My fav!

Wow this morning when i woke up I looked in the mirror and my tummy wasnt bloated for the first time in i dont know how long. My tummy even felt better.

Tonya I forgot to tell you that when I do get hungry and its not time to eat, I drink a cup of water. Cause sometimes your body is thirsty.

01/04/2010 Fresh new start

Ok I couldnt exactly call this post day 1 since the one right below has that same title. I didnt do so good over the holidays well actually since it started getting cold. I have gained a good 5 pounds. Two of my sister in laws got engaged over Christmas so that is part of my motivation this time. I have to lose some weight before its time for their weddings. However I also need to fit and feel comfortable in my clothes again. They are quite snug. My body is so out of whack from the holidays. I ate so much that my body feels so uncomfortable, even before I have eaten anything it feels like that.

Breakfast 1 Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
16 oz of water.
8 oz of coffee 300 Cal. (I think)

I am going to try and give up coffee but I just couldnt do it. I held out until about 10:00 and couldnt take it anymore and had to get a cup. I was dead tired. If I get enough sleep tonight I will try and not have coffee tomorrow.
