Lunch 1 Can of Progresso Light Chicken Noodle Soup. 140 cal.
16oz of water.

Snack 1 piece of gum 5 cal.
16 oz of water.

Dinner Southwest chargrilled salad from Chick Fila 360 cal.
Spicy dressing 140 cal.
16 oz of water.

Total 845 cal.

  1. How did you make it to lunch without breakfast?? Does the coffee fill you up? I always need to eat something for breakfast or else I start getting headaches.

  2. Well Thursday and Friday it did till like 11:30 and then i just drink a cup of water to tide me till 12:00.
