11:00 16 oz of water
1 piece of gum 5 cal.
Lunch 12:00 1 serving or Progresso light Homestyle Vegetable with wild rice soup 80 cal. (It was probably a tad more than 1 serving) I didnt eat the whole can cause I didnt really care for this soup.
1 Dark choco cherry Kashi bar 120 cal.
8 oz water
4:00 16 oz water
Dinner 6:40 chargrilled chicken sandwich from Chik fil a 300 cal.
Total 800 cal.
