6 oz coffee 200 cal.

Lunch Turkey sub on wheat with tomatos, pickles and lettuce. (No cheese or Mmayo):( 280 cal.
16 oz water

Snack piece of gum 5 ca
24 oz water

Dinner 1/2 Pork chop 130 cal
1/2 cup corn 60 cal
1/2 cup cheesy rice & broccoli 75 cal
24 oz water

Total 845 cal.

    hey didn't you cook a chicken in the crockpot? was it an entire chicken?
