Need more sleep!

I am so sleepy, of course when am I not. There just isnt enough time in the night to do everything that needs to be done and to relax.

Breakfast: 1 Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
Starbucks Peppermint Mocha 340 cal.
8oz of water.

Lunch Progresso chicken and vegetable soup 140 cal.
16 oz of water

Day 1 Again!

I went to the allergy doctor today. I found out I am basically allergic to everything I was tested for except for Mold and dogs. So I am on meds and a nasal spray until I go back in 4 weeks to see if I want to get on allergy shots because I am a good candidate.

So since I was out of my normal routine I didnt get to drink water while getting ready.
Breakfast 1 Nature valley granola bar 90 cal.
8 oz of coffee 300 cal (guessing)

Lunch 1 can of Progresso Light Santa Fe Style Chicken soup 160 cal.
That soup is my fav.
24 oz of water.

Snacks 1 Dark chocolate Malt ball 30 cal. (guessing)
1 Kashi bar 120 cal.
1 piece of gum 5 cal.
24 oz of water

Dinner 1 chicken veggie patty sandwich 350 cal.
16 oz of water

Total Cal. 1055

Starting again on monday

Ok I am going to start dieting again on Monday. Why Monday because for some reason I can only start on Mondays.

I think one of my problems is I am trying to jump into it to fast. So my goal for the first two weeks is going to be eat no more than 1240 calories a day. I was trying to keep it under a 1000 but i will try to 1240 to see if I can stick to that better. That is based on my weight, height, age and activity level. So have a good weekend. I shall be back to blogging on Monday. No better time to start than right before Thanksgiving. LOL.

Well I so need to lose weight but have no motivation. Being heavier is making me depressed.

I have finally made an appointment to see an allergy specialist for next Monday. The only down side to that is I can't take any type of allergy medicine for a whole week. So if I have an allergy flare up I am gonna be in trouble. If I like this doctor I might even take Aiden to get an allergy test done since he has allergies and exzema.

Anyways for breakfast I had one Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
8 oz of caffeine & sugar (coffee)

In the meantime can some one please send me some motivation or some motivational tips to stay on board and lose weight.
