Well I so need to lose weight but have no motivation. Being heavier is making me depressed.

I have finally made an appointment to see an allergy specialist for next Monday. The only down side to that is I can't take any type of allergy medicine for a whole week. So if I have an allergy flare up I am gonna be in trouble. If I like this doctor I might even take Aiden to get an allergy test done since he has allergies and exzema.

Anyways for breakfast I had one Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
8 oz of caffeine & sugar (coffee)

In the meantime can some one please send me some motivation or some motivational tips to stay on board and lose weight.

  1. Well first of all you didn't eat enough for breakfast. I am a firm believer in eating breakfast like a queen, lunch like a princess, and dinner like a pauper. I have a food blog with some food ideas. I am by no means a cook!

    My motivation has been low too. I think it has a lot to do with this time of year: holidays, celebrations, time change, etc.

    If you want some motivation, Jen at Prior fat girl and mizfit started this cool motivational match up thingy where they pair you with someone and you motivate each other.
