Need more sleep!

I am so sleepy, of course when am I not. There just isnt enough time in the night to do everything that needs to be done and to relax.

Breakfast: 1 Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
Starbucks Peppermint Mocha 340 cal.
8oz of water.

Lunch Progresso chicken and vegetable soup 140 cal.
16 oz of water


  1. I can relate. It seems like I'm busy from the time my feet hit the floor at 5:30am. Sometimes I think does it ever end? At least tomorrow is hump day! It's almost the weekend again. LOL
