Goal update: I have yet to do any exercise this week, but I have not consumed any liquid caffeine.

I was thinking about not dieting this week cause everyday I have been tempted by something. On the way to work I wanted Starbucks again but I was in the wrong lane so I couldnt turn. I think that was GOD telling me I didnt need the drink. Anyways so I came in and had my normal breakfast. Still not sure how the day will go because my dad is coming over tonight and bringing dinner. Hopefull I can stick to the diet.

Lunch Turkey sub from Subway. 440 cal.

Snack: Kashi chewy bar 120 cal.

Dinner 2 pieces of fried chicken from KFC and 1/2 cup of corn, 1 biscuit

Weekend Update
I ate cereal for breakfast, lunch was at the reunion so I had lots of diff meat that were so good, oh and lots of cookies. For dinner I had a subway sandwich.

I ate cereal for breakfast. I had a chicken sandwich and baked potato from wendys. For dinner I made me a spinach and chicken quesadilla.

I had to work so I ate my granola bar and I had a pepperment mocha latte from Starbucks. We had a picnic at lunch. I thought they were having hamburgers but they didnt so I had 1/2 of a chicken fajita and a couple of chips. I ate my Kashi bar for my snack. Dinner I had a grilled chicken sandwich from Chick Fila and some potato salad. I also ate lots of cookies and drank lots of caffeine free DP.

On my walking goal for this week, I am going to change it to walking 3 times this week, even though I dont even think I will make that. I didnt meet any of my goals last week.

Breakfast: 8:30 1 Nature Valley Granola bar 90 cal.
24oz of water

Snack 8 oz of Grape Propel water 10 cal.

Lunch: 12:30 1 Can of Progresso Santa Fe Style chicken soup. 160 cal.

Snacks: Kashi Chewy 120 cal.
Piece of cake 300 cal. (it was so worth the cals to me)

Dinner 1 cup of hamburger helper 1/4 cup of corn 1 cup of Caffeine free dp.

Snack 1 lemon bar and 1 cup of caffeine free dp.

I eat the same breakfast and lunch basically when I am work. I have just found that consistency works better for me. Soups are easy to take with me and warm up. I guess I am on a soup kick cause I just love them. Plus I am getting some vegetable too. Even the first time 5 years ago when I lost 40 pounds I ate the same thing every day. Like right now I really feel like I can lose more weight if I would just stick to my diet on Friday nights and weekends. Its just so hard. Like right now I am craving some Gloria's food. So i think I might go there Friday or Saturday.

Total 825 calories.

That Spinch qesadilla is what I was wanting from Glorias so now I dont crave Glorias as much!

16 oz of Propel Grape Water. 20 cal. I bought a case of this and didnt realize it has high fructose corn syrup in it. BOOOO. Oh well I have to drink but I sure as heck wont buy it again.

I actually only drank half of the propel.

Lunch 12:15 Eating Right Tomato Basil soup with pasta 150 cal.

Snack Kashi Dark chocolate cherry chewy 120 cal.

Dinner 6:45 1 Mamwich sandwich (only used 1/4c or 2oz of meat) 300 cal.
Little bit of asparagus 20cal.
3 cups of water.
3 grapes 10 calories

No walk today.

Total 700 calories.

I of course pigged put on the weekend and didn't eat so well.
Saturday I had doughnuts and breakfast tacos for breakfast with a starbucks mocha frapp. That starbucks drink was so good. I hadnt had coffee in a while. For Lunch we were at the mall and I had orange chicken with fried rice, with a couple sips of tea to drink. For dinner I had 3 tacos from Dairy Queen with a Dr Pepper
Sunday Brekafast I had 2 blueberry muffins. For Lunch we went to CiCi's and I had pizza, pasta and a small salad with a dr pepper. My parents came over in the evening and my dad ordered pizza. I think I have had my fair share of pizza to last me a while!

1. Try to not drink any caffeine this week.
2. Try to go for a walk 4 times this week.
3. Try to diet/eat better on the weekends.

My day started off a little differently today cause we took Ryley to his first ever dentist appointment.

Side Note
I bought a pair of size 6 capris on clearance to entice myself to lose weight to be able to fit into them. Howver I tried them on and they fit. That was so awesome. Anyways now I am in between sizes that I own. I dont have anything that fits. I am not complaining but for the past couple of weeks I have to wear a belt with all my work clothes and now I am like I just need to go buy some clothes. I was trying to hold off till I lost more weight but that hasnt happened. Maybe I will just buy like a pair of black pants or something.

Snack 3:00 Some sort of desert. I think it was bread pudding maybe. I was hesitant to eat it but it was actually pretty good. Maybe 350 cal.

Dinner 7:00 8oz steak, one small corn on the cob with I cant believe its not butter, and a couple bites if a baked potato. Aiden ended up eating almost my whole potato. That stinker.

Late night snakc Skinny cow little dipper ice cream.
Skinny cow has great ice creams! Love them.

Guys I am so not motivated to diet this week I dont even feel like writing it down but I will struggle through my hard times. My face is still breaking out even after I have quit taking my diet pills that have so much caffiene in them. I dont know what to do about my face which also makes me depressed.

Snack Chips ahoy thin crisps 100 calories

Dinner 1 cup of corn, 3oz of chicken, and 1/2 cup of some garlicky potroast frozen mixture that wasnt very good. I will say it was all maybe 500 calories

Went for a mile walk/run with the family

Came home and drank about 16oz of water.

Total 1050 calories.

Ok I will update tomorrow if I eat anymore. Lately after the kids go to sleep I just want to munch. So we will see how I do tonight.

I didnt do so good I had a piece of left over cake. I dont know how many calories.
Oh yes and I ate some girl scout cookies thin mints. I did throw the last couple away. The good news is I think all the sweets are gone now.

Well I had a great birthday yesterday. Guys I so dont want to get older. My mom is only in her late 60's but already has so many problems. Some of these problems I knew were gonna come since she had diabetes I just didnt realize we would have to deal with them so soon.

Anyways I pretty much know that I will get diabetes in my future cause its runs strong on my mothers side. So I really need to watch my sugar and my weight. I probably need to take a class on it now to help her and better understand everything for my moms sake and mine.

Day 38

Today is my birthday!
I didnt really get to drink any water while getting ready this morning. On the news they were saying there was an accident and was backed up my way and that you should leave 45 minutes earlier. Well that was out of the question. I was freaking out about meing late to work today. However I called Dave and he told me to take the kids to his job and he would take them to him moms house. Whew what a relief. So instead of being late to work today I was 30 minutes early.

Breakfast: 1 Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal. 2pts
16oz of vitamin water 100cal 2pts (Thats what it says, well that bites.)

Lunch: My parents came and took me to lunch to Marianos Mexican restaurant. I had a cheese enchilada with rice, beans and of course chips and hot sauce. 3 cups of water. I know I went way over my calories but I just didnt want a salad today. I normally get what I got plus a taco, but I decided against the taco today.

Snack: 3 cowboy cookies (for my birthday)
24 oz of water.

Dinner: Big bowl of spaghetti with meat sauce. 1 piece of wheat toast.
1 cup of water.

I had David measure my height last night. I am 5'5 and something eights pretty close to 5'6 but not quite. That makes me feel a tab bit better.

Couple bites of the kids fish sticks with mac and cheese 100 calories 2pts.

Walked a little over a mile around the block with the boys. Then came home and drank 3 more cups of water.
