I was thinking about not dieting this week cause everyday I have been tempted by something. On the way to work I wanted Starbucks again but I was in the wrong lane so I couldnt turn. I think that was GOD telling me I didnt need the drink. Anyways so I came in and had my normal breakfast. Still not sure how the day will go because my dad is coming over tonight and bringing dinner. Hopefull I can stick to the diet.
Breakfast 8:30 1 Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
24oz of water.
Lunch Turkey sub from Subway. 440 cal.
Snack: Kashi chewy bar 120 cal.
Dinner 2 pieces of fried chicken from KFC and 1/2 cup of corn, 1 biscuit
Desert 1 cup of caffeine free dp and 1 lemon bar.
