I actually got 5 straight hours of sleep last night but I am so sleepy. I can hardly stay awake.

Breakfast: 1 nature Valley granola bar 95 cal.
6 oz coffee 200 cal.
16 oz water

Lunch Progresso Chicken vegetable rotini soup 140 cal.
8 oz water

Snack 1 piece of gum 5 cal
16 oz of water

Dinner Chicken strip 200 cal.
1/2 c of Herb and butter rice 160 cal.
Green Beans 40 cal.
16 oz water

Total 840 cal.
