So glad today is Friday. It has been an swful long week.

8 oz water while driving to work

Breakfast 8:30 1 Nature valley granola bar 95 cal.
6 oz coffee 150 cal. (I put more creamer cause the coffee was gross, I didnt even drink it all it was so nasty.

11:00 16 oz water

Lunch Santa Fe Style Chicken soup 160 cal
8 oz water

snack 24 oz water
1 piece of gum 5 cal

Dinner Southwest chicken salad 350 cal
16 oz water
