1 Nature Valley granola bar 95 cal.
24 oz of water

Lunch Progresso Light Chicken rotini soup 140 cal.
8oz of water

Not having a good day. Hardly even have time to eat.

Snack 1 piece of gum 5 cal.
16 oz of water

Dinner spaghetti with sauce 300 cal.
8 oz of water

Desert 1/4 of a brownie in honor of Ryley's birthday. 100 cal.

Total 840 cal.

I have been a little stressed out this week, it doesnt seem to be getting any better. However at least I am controlling my eating. Normally I eat when i am stressed. Haven't felt like cooking either, thats why I am eating usually just leftovers.
