Tuesday

Yeah I didnt eat anything else last night.

16 oz of water while driving. I was very thirsty.

Breakfast 8:30 1 Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
16 oz of Vitamin Water 100 cal.

Lunch 12:15 1 Can of Progresso Italian Style vegetable soup 120 cal.
8 oz of water.

Snack 3:00 100 cal Oreo thin crisps
24 oz of water.
I just passed up some desert that sure did look good and high in calories. The only reason i didnt try it was cause I had no clue how many cal it had.
1 piece of gum 5 cal.

Dinner 6:45 Chciken salad 100 cal
8 small crackers 40 cal.
Some green beans 20 cal.
1 fishstick 40 cal. (It was leftover and it was just calling my name.)
24 oz of water


Total 615 cal.

  1. how do you drink so much water? do you have to force yourself? i am having the worst tim etrying to drink it!

  2. Well when I first starte3d I would just drink it fast sorta gulp it down at once. However now I actually like it, but I still have to gulp it since I need to drink 8 cups of it.
