Well I didnt diet on the weekend. I started Saturday like I was going to but it kinda went downhill. Sunday I did ok I just had some soda and snacks that I normally dont have when I am dieting. Of course my body feels bad again. When will I learn.

16 oz water while getting ready for work.

Breakfast 8:30 Nature Valley granola bar 95 cal.
6 oz coffee 200 cal.

Lunch Progresso Santa Fe style chicken soup 160 cal.
16 oz water

Snack 1 piece of gum 5 cal.
16 oz water

Dinner 1 cheese enchilada with chili 400 cal.
16 oz water.

Total 860 cal.
