Breakfast 1 Nature Valley granola bar 95 cal.
6 oz coffee 200 cal.

Lunch Santa Fe style chicken soup 160 cal.
8 oz water.

I am behind on my water

snack 1 piece of gum 5 cal
16 oz water

dinner 1/2 bag of garlic chicken and veggies 330 cal
1/2 c corn 60 cal
24 oz water
