granola bar 90 cal.

Snack 100 cal snack mix pack (crackers & pretzels)

Lunch Progresso chicken noodle soup 140 cal.
4 oz of vitamin water 25 cal.

Snack Kashi bar 120 cal.
16 oz of water.
