Is today Monday

I am trying to trick myself into thinking today is Monday for my diet sake. I seem to only be able to start again on Mondays.

16 oz of water while getting ready for work.

Breakfast 1 granola bar 90 cal.
8 oz of coffee with lots of cream and sugar. (I need the caffeine)

Lunch Chicken noodle and vegetable soup 140 cal.
16 oz of water


  1. I'm the exact same way! Don't you hate that your brain makes it seem likes there something magical about mondays and Diets!
