Monday again

I have another sinus infection. So I feel crappy today.

16 oz of water while getting ready for work

Breakfast 1 Nature valley granola bar 90 cal.
8 oz of water

16 oz of vitamin water 100 cal.

Lunch Can of Santa Fe style southwestern chicken soup 160 cal.
4 oz of vitamin water 25 cal.

Snack Kashi bar 120 cal.
16 oz of water

Dinner Chicken salad and crackers 300 cal.
8 oz of water

Total 795 cal.
