8 oz of water while driving to work

Breakfast 8 oz of vitamin water 50 cal.
1 granola bar 90 cal.

16 oz of water

Lunch 8 oz of vitamin water 50cal.
Santa Fe Chicken soup 140 cal.

Does anyone know of a good recipe for black beans?

Snack kashi bar 120 cal
16 oz of water

Dinner 1/2 of a chicken breast, 1/4 cup of green beans, 1/2 cup of herb & butter rice.
8 oz of water

  1. Oh wow you're doing awesome with the water! I'll have to ask Jesse for his bean soup recipe and then I'll pass it on to you. It's really really good and super healthy! He puts a little bit of wine in it...that's all I remember. haha. I'll post the recipe later.
