12:30 Progresso vegetable soup 120 cal.
24 oz of water.
3:00 Kashi bar 120 cal.
7:30 1 beef enchilada, 2 spoonfuls of spanish rice, and two spoonfulls of refried beans. Not sure on th ecalories.
16 oz of water.
Not sure of my total but I probably kept it under 1000.
Oh and no walk today :(
