I havent really dieted in a good while. When I was on vacation a couple of weeks ago I ate really bad. I gained back almost all of what I had lost before.
So I am starting again.
16 oz of water while getting ready for work.
Breakfast: 8:30 1 Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
8 oz of vitamin water 50 cal.
10:30 16 oz of water
Lunch 12:30 1 can of progresso chicken soup 140 cal.
8 oz of vitamin water 50 cal.
Tonya to answer your question from last week around dinner time I always have to be careful cause when I am cooking the boys dinner I will usually take a bite without even realizing what I am doing or that I am dieting.
Snack 8 oz of water
1 Dark chocolate cherry Kashi bar 120 cal.
Walked 1 mile with the kids before dinner,
Dinner Chicken salad 140 cal.
5 saltines 60 cal.
8 oz of water.
8:00pm Total so far 650 calories.
