WEDNESDAY

16 oz of water while getting ready for work

Breakfast 8:20 Nature Valley granola bar 90 cal.
8 oz of vitamin water. 50 cal.

Lunch 12:00 Chicken fajita salad, chips and hot sauce
16 oz of water
Not sure how many calories my lunch was. My parents invited me out to lunch at Marianos. I usually am too busy so this time I said yes. I did eat chips and hot sauce but at least I had a salad. Normally I get an enchilada, taco, rice and beans.

Snack 3:00 Kashi bar 120 cal.
16 oz of water

6:00 1 mile walk

Dinner 7:00 Chicken salad and crackers and a few grapes. 300 cal
8 oz of water

  5. You need to eat.... a granola bar is not going to cut it. Your just teaching you body to store fat. Couple of eggs, 1 whole and 1 egg white, with some mushrooms or whatever veggies you like. Also try whole grain waffles with sugar free jelly. I know they are better with syrup but.......Snack on the right stuff all through the day. My wife always buys Laughing cow flavored cheese spread and crackers to snack on. Low points. Anything you need help with let me know....

  6. I am not a breakfast person, thats why I always eat granola bars for breakfast. Plus its convienent to eat at work

  7. Not being a breakfast person makes it hard. Maybe add a banana or something to go along with it. Gotta have fuel for the engine!!!!

  8. Oats are the only thing that keeps me full till lunch. If I eat anything else, I'm practically starving by 9am.
    I don't know how you did, but I could never pass up an enchilada!
