Almost Friday

16 oz of water while driving to work.

Breakfast 8:30 1 Nature valley granola bar 90 cal.
8 oz of vitamin water 50 cal.

Lunch 12:30 Progresso chicken soup 140 cal
8oz of water.

3:30 Kashi bar 120 cal.
16 oz of water

6:10 1 mile walk
8 oz of water

6:45 little less than 1 cup of mamwich sandwich no bun just the meat and sauce 400 cal.


Total 800 cal.
