Day 32

2 cups of water

Dinner: 6:45 1 cup of chicken, rice and mixed veggies 350 calories 7pts
8 grapes 30 calories 1pt

Went for a walk, think it was 1 mile
Came home and drank another cup of water.

Lunch 12:30 1/2 of an Archer Farms Turkey Club wrap with Avocado 250 calories, 7pts

Dinner 6:30 (Leftovers) 1 cup of baked Ziti w/meatballs 380 cal, 8pts
1/4 cup of corn 30 cal. 1pt

Day 30

Weight update
My dad has lost 22 pounds. I have lost a total of 10 pounds now. I found this out last week but didnt post it till I was sure I wouldnt gain it back over the weekend.

30 crunches this morning. Tonya I havent yet done the new challenge cause my body wasnt feeling to well yesterday.

11:00 2 cups of water

Lunch 12:30 Eating Right Tomato Basil Soup 150 cal. 2pts

Walked 1 and 3/4 miles tonight. Came home and drank 2 more cups of water.

Not today

Breakfast: 3/4 cups of banana nut cheerios with 1/4 cup of 2% Milk. 130 calories 3pts

Then I had jury duty today In Kaufman. Booooo
Anyways I was very nervous and that just through me off track today.

Finally drank two cupd of water

Lunch: Not good. I went to a mexican restaurant and had chicken fajitas with rice and beans. I dont know how many calories was in all that cause its not a chain restaurant. So I will give it a way to many calories.

2:30 had a skinny cow ice cream sandwich which 140 calories and 2 pts.

Liza I found that water you were talking about I had seen it but just mnot paid attention. Anyways I bought some and I shall try it out tomorrow.

Dinner: 1 Dr Pepper. 150 calories

Sunday

Breakfast: 3/4 cups of banana nut cheerios and 1/4 cup of 2% Milk 130 calories
2 cups of water

Lunch Turkey sandwich wish swiss cheese.
Pineapple muffin
2 cupcake bites

Throughout the day I had 1 swedish fish, 4 grapes and another cup of water

Dinner: Wingstop 6 parmesagne wings a basket of french fries and 1 arge glasses of tea. Oh my gosh I am miserably stuffed. David has been asking to eat buffalo wings for like 2 weeks so I finally gave in since I go off the diet my diet on the weekend. I will get back on it tomorrow.

I started wearing my pedomter at 2:30ish and since then I have take 8709 steps. Not bad mayve I walked off some of my dinner. Oh well.

Breakfast: 1 Strawberry Cheesecake Muffin 160 calories 4 pts.
Sprayed on I can't believe its not butter 0 cal

Lunch 6in. Turkey sub on wheat bread with American cheese, lettuce and tomatos with Light mayo. 405 cal. 8pts.
3 cups of water.

Dinner: Southwestern Grilled Chicken Salad 320 calories 6 pts.
Southwester dressing 100 calories 3 pts
3 cups of water

I also ate bites of small things that probably added up to 100 calories and 2 pts.
Total 1085 calories 23 points

Day 26

Oh I woke up this morning and could not breathe out of the left side of my nose. I felt so awful. I dropped the kids off and went to work but didnt stay very long cause my head was killing me and my nose was running and I couldnt stop sneezing. I think I either left my pedomter at my mother in laws or lost it.

Came home went to sleep and woke up not being able to breathe at all through my nose.

Lunch I decided to eat chip and hot salsa so maybe the salsa would open up my sinuses. It did help. One serving of 7 On the border chips 140 cal 3 pts, on the border salsa 3tbsp 15 cal 0 pts.
2 cups of water.

I brought some work home with me so now I am gonna do a little of that.

Snack 1 cup of Cherry Coke 0 0cal & 0 pts

I think I might be having chik Fila for dinner. Some I am trying to find something good to eat and not go over my calories or points.

Dinner Grilled chicken sandwich from Chick Fila 260 cal. 5 pts.
Small sweet tea 90 cal. 2 pts.
icecream cone 170 cal. 4 pts.

Late Night snack 1 cup of cherry coke 0 0cal 0pts.
8 Special K Multi grain crackers 45 cal 1pt.
