Day 32

1 cup of water while getting ready

Breakfast 8:30 1 Nature Valley granola bar 90 calories 2 pts
2 cups of water

Lunch: 1 can of Progresso Light Sante Fe Style Chicken Soup 160 calories 3pts
(I am updating lunch now cause I will be tied up today.)
12oz of Vitamin Water 75 cal, 1pt

Snack 4:00 100 Calories Lorna Doone cookies 2pts
2 cups of water

Dinner: 6:45 1 cup of chicken, rice and mixed veggies 350 calories 7pts
8 grapes 30 calories 1pt

Went for a walk, think it was 1 mile
Came home and drank another cup of water.

Total 805calories 16pts


  1. hey karen, are you only eating one serving of your cans of soup? yesterday i had the tomatoe basil progessor soup and looked on th eback and there were 2 servings in that darn can!

  2. I noticed that this week too! So I had half a can.

  3. No thats all I eay so I eat the whole can and calculate all the calories. However I usually dont drink very much of the juice. I have to pour it out cause it makes my cup overflow.
