Day 4 (Thursday)

Cup of water when I awoke.

Breakfast: 1 Nature Valley granola bar 90 calories
1 bottle of 16oz vitamin water 100 calories

Girls, I also havent had any cokes or coffee this week and I feel better. My skin feels better and I have more energy in the night time. Or it could have been eating so many sweets at night. For the last two weeks I had been eating tons of sweets at work and when I got home from work. So thats been hard for me. The weekend is going to be tough for me though I just know it.

Lunch: 1 Bottle of water 16oz.
Campbells Select harvest Healthy Request Mexican Style Chicken Tortilla Soup. 260 calories.

Snack: 100 calorie oreo thin crisps

Dinner: 16oz of water.
Leftovers from lastnights dinner. 300 calories

Total calories 850

I was making my boys pizza for dinner after I had eaten, and I so wanted some of that pizza so I immediately drank a big glass of water so i could feel full and not think about the pizza.

I just noticed that everyday I consume a little bit more calories. Thats not good!

    But don't deprive yourself either.
    Buy 100 calorie cupcakes or something to satifsy your sweet tooth.
    mmmmmmm cupcakes.
    Oh I just SOUND like a fat person on a diet don't I?

  2. You guys! Karen you CAN do it! Liza, you crack me up! I bought some of those 100 cal snacks too, but I couldn't find the cupcakes that I hear you lovin' so much! What isle are they on?

    Karen, are you guys going down town this weekend? I'll be there along with mom & kim (and maybe liza) to support ya! Are you going to have a cheat day?

    Liza is right though, don't deprive yourself. You'll over do it when you do get your hands on sweets!

  3. I do buy 100 calorie snacks. I eat those at work like around 2 or 3. At home though David has all these cookies and brownies, but I have been good and not tempted like normal.

    Yes we are going this weekend. What time are ya'll getting there? I kept asking Joan but she never gave me an answer.

    As for the cheat day, I don't know. I will just have to see how I feel when that day comes.

  4. We will get there sometime between 2 & 3 probably. We are doing the Home Depot Workshop this weekend. They are doing a window birdhouse.

  6. i haven't the slightest idea yet about oarking. mom had mentioned something about parking at robert's place...gets like 20 free spaces or something like that. we may just find a meter and put on our walking shoes. :)
