Lunch Turkey sandwich wish swiss cheese.
2 cupcake bites
Throughout the day I had 1 swedish fish, 4 grapes and another cup of water
Dinner: Wingstop 6 parmesagne wings a basket of french fries and 1 arge glasses of tea. Oh my gosh I am miserably stuffed. David has been asking to eat buffalo wings for like 2 weeks so I finally gave in since I go off the diet my diet on the weekend. I will get back on it tomorrow.
I started wearing my pedomter at 2:30ish and since then I have take 8709 steps. Not bad mayve I walked off some of my dinner. Oh well.
