Day 19

Yeah its Friday
Ok I went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 6:00 and I am so tired. I guess my body needs more than 7 1/2 hours of sleep. I dont know how David can function on 6 hours.

one cup of water while getting ready for work.
Breakfast 1 nature Valley granola bar 90 calories
12 ozof dragonfruit vitamin water 75 calories.

Lunch 24 oz water
Can of Progresso Light Chicken vegetable rotini soup 140 calories

Snack 16 oz water
Raisin & oatmeal granola bar 90 calories

Dinner: 2 chicken strips 500 strips
6 pieces of okra 43 calories
1/4 cup of mashed potatos 55 calories
2 rolls 350 calories

Total 1343 calories

Hmm I dont think Iwill eat Chicken Express anymore. Those darn rolls were soooooo good.

late night snack: Dr Pepper 150 calories
Tortilla chips 200 calories

Total Too many calories.


  1. I feel better today it will probably hit me tonight cause we usually like to eat out or bring food home for dinner on Friday nights. I did however pass up Wendys for Lunch today!

  2. wow...good for you! you can still eat healthy at wendy's though. you can get on their website and check out the list that has all the calories and stuff.

  3. oh. i think i got about 8 hours. still feel like crap though. i can't wait till my tooth issue is corrected!

  4. No I know I could have eaten their grilled chicken sandwich but its just tonight I know David is gonna wanna eat out so I need to skimp on my calories now and save them for tonight. When is you tooth appointment?

    my appt is thursday with the specialist. hopefully nothing will come up and I will actually make ths appt.
