Breakfast:
1 cup of Special K with berries 120 calories
1/3 cup of whole milk 50 calories.
16 oz of water.
I made david some sugar cookes and I ate cookie dough. I love cookie dough its my weakness. 150 calories.
Lunch well its 4:30 not sure if its lunch or dinner yet.
1/2 Archer farms turkey club wrap with avocado 250 calories.
16 oz of water
Dinner: the other 1/2 of the wrap from lunch. 250 calories
16 oz of vitamin water 100 cal.
Total calories: 920 calories
