Weight update
My dad has lost 22 pounds. I have lost a total of 10 pounds now. I found this out last week but didnt post it till I was sure I wouldnt gain it back over the weekend.

30 crunches this morning. Tonya I havent yet done the new challenge cause my body wasnt feeling to well yesterday.

Lunch: Not good. I went to a mexican restaurant and had chicken fajitas with rice and beans. I dont know how many calories was in all that cause its not a chain restaurant. So I will give it a way to many calories.

2:30 had a skinny cow ice cream sandwich which 140 calories and 2 pts.

Liza I found that water you were talking about I had seen it but just mnot paid attention. Anyways I bought some and I shall try it out tomorrow.

Dinner: Wingstop 6 parmesagne wings a basket of french fries and 1 arge glasses of tea. Oh my gosh I am miserably stuffed. David has been asking to eat buffalo wings for like 2 weeks so I finally gave in since I go off the diet my diet on the weekend. I will get back on it tomorrow.

I started wearing my pedomter at 2:30ish and since then I have take 8709 steps. Not bad mayve I walked off some of my dinner. Oh well.

I also ate bites of small things that probably added up to 100 calories and 2 pts.

Day 26

Oh I woke up this morning and could not breathe out of the left side of my nose. I felt so awful. I dropped the kids off and went to work but didnt stay very long cause my head was killing me and my nose was running and I couldnt stop sneezing. I think I either left my pedomter at my mother in laws or lost it.

Breakfast 1 nature valley granola bar 90 cal. 2 pts.

Came home went to sleep and woke up not being able to breathe at all through my nose.

Lunch I decided to eat chip and hot salsa so maybe the salsa would open up my sinuses. It did help. One serving of 7 On the border chips 140 cal 3 pts, on the border salsa 3tbsp 15 cal 0 pts.
2 cups of water.

I brought some work home with me so now I am gonna do a little of that.

Snack 1 cup of Cherry Coke 0 0cal & 0 pts

I think I might be having chik Fila for dinner. Some I am trying to find something good to eat and not go over my calories or points.

1 cup of water while getting ready this morning. I put my pedometer on my waiste and I am convinced the other day it wasnt working wight or I kept hitting the button. Its 9:30 and I have already taken 2,000 steps. I plan on going for a walk tonight and I just realized my pedometer can tell me how far I am walking. Duh Karen.

Day 24

Goodness I went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 6:00 and I just feel so dead tired. Yesterday I ended up taking about 6200 steps. However I think I also might have had a button issue cause David had informed me I took a bunch of stes but it hadnt changed. Oh I am not wearing my pedometer today but I am gonna wear it tomorrow. I am also not going for a walk today but I am gonna go tomorrow. I figure every other day is good, but also today is gonna be too hot.

Day 23

I am very sleepy and I have allergies today. Not a good combo.
I drank one cup of water while getting ready for work this morning. I also strapped on my pedometer. Not sure if I can wear it all day because I am wearing a dress and I have a meeting to go to this afternoon. I was impressed though in like 20 minutes I had already taken 500 steps. I just bought a cheap 5.00 one from WalMart last night. They have better ones but for now this will do.
Breakfast: 1 nature Valley granola bar 90 calories
1 Vitamin energy drink 100 calories

I have a side note since I dont have another blog. Ryley made a little friend that lives across the street who is a girl. She reminds me a lot of Presley. When we were going home last night he said some things that gave me the impression that he likes to play with boys more than girls. He played well with her he just kept getting distracted. He asked me where his friends were and I said she went inside to eat. He said no momma the duded. He is so funny.

Lunch: Progresso light vegetable soup 140 calories
2 cups of water.

No Snack cause I was in a meeting during my 3:00 snack time.

We walked for 30 minutes with the kids and pulling them in the wagon. Not sure how far we walked but I know it was at least a mile round trip. 3 cups of water

My salad consisted of 1 1/2 c of lettuce 15 calories

A New day

Ok my stomach is sore today but I am feeling better.

One cup of water while getting ready for work. I had a heck of a morning today.
Breakfast: 1 Nature Valley granola Bar 90 calories

Lunch Campbells Select Harvest Mexican Style Chicken Tortilla soup 260 calories.
2 cups of water.

Oh yeah and I eat a stick of gum everyday so there should be 5 more calories added on to everyday that I work. I chew gum so I wont be tempted to eat so much. Oh and this morning before I left for work I went ahead and did 30 crunches.

Yesterday at the grocery store I bought some Weight watcher snack cakes and some Cherry Cola 0. I figured I might as well have some for the weekend when I am cheating might as well drink that insead of regular sodas.

Snack: Lorna Doone 100 calorie snack pack.
2 cups of water

Dinner: Lunchables pizza they come with three crusts and chedder and mozarella cheese. I ate two crusts with sauce mozarella cheese and I threw on a couple small pieces of chicken breast. I figure it was about 240 calories. I also had 1/3 of a banana nut muffin. (Aiden ate the rest) 70 calories. 3 cups of water up till now.

Total calories: 765 calories.
I will update my blog tomorrow if I do anymore exercises tonight. I did buy a cheap pedometer but I am not sure if it has a battery or not.

Sunday

OK I totally went off my diet yesterday

Lunch: We went to CiCi's pizza yeah I still cant do buffets cause I have no will power. So i had like a glass of Dr Pepper and like 4 slices of pizza.

We went to Joan's in the afternoon so David could help Carl chop down part of the tree that fell down on Friday so we stayed there pretty late and Carl ended up cooking out.
So I had like 5 grilled shrimp 2 regualar shrinp, 1 chicken strip and 1/2 of a steak with like a 1/2 cup of corn. I also had like to more Dp's. I think I had 1 skinny cow ice cream and I made lemon bars so I had one of those.

Well before I ate dinner my stomach got really upset at around 8:00 and I couldnt stay out of the bathroom till like 2:00 in the morning. So I am not sure but I keep finding that every time I go off my diet my body punishes me. So I am really just going to have to stick to my diet on the weekends and no buffets and no fried chicken.

So I went with the cereal. My face is breaking out again so I am thinking I need to give caffeine up completely in every shpe and form. Hmm thats gonna be hard.

Ok I went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 6:00 and I am so tired. I guess my body needs more than 7 1/2 hours of sleep. I dont know how David can function on 6 hours.

Hopefully I wont eat anything else, however I am not sure about that cause I think I am in a bad place at the moment where I just want to eat and eat. I will have to pray tonight that I don't feel like this tomorrow.

Oh gosh I am in the same boat with you guys. I stayed up late last night foldiong all the laundry. I had weeks piled up. So I didnt get a lot of sleep and on top of all that I have really bad sinuses today. I feel like crap. I didnt even drink any water this morning when i was getting ready.
When I got to work I wanted coffee so bad but I finally decided against it. Then I was like ok well I need an energy drink, but I finally convinced myself it wasnt worth the calories today. So here goes

My boss asked me if I wanted to go to taco bueno. Oh that was so hard to say no to. I so wanted a taco salad but I looked up the calories and sadly refused.

Side note: I have found I really have to pay attention to what I am eating or I will just gobble everything. When I get my food I have to distinguish how much a portion is and determine how many calories it has before I just eat. Also before when I was dieting I would not diet on the weekend but then the following Monday it would be so hard to get back on that diet routine. However this past weekend I didnt go off my diet and Monday morning I had no problem continuing my diet and I also didnt feel guilty. This weekend is gonna be really hard with a birthday party and Easter. I guess we shall see how I do.

My boss and my coworker did the tour of Dallas bike ride on Saturday and they brought be back a couple of Vitamin Energy drinks. The ones they brought me are a little bigger than the ones I had before. I had asked them in advance that if they happened to give them away at the ride that they could toss them my way cause they are hard to find.

Snack: 16 oz water

Dinner: Fajita with no tortilla 190 calories
my fajita mixturewas made up of 3oz of tyson chicken slices (1 serving), couple slices of bell peppers and onion all sauteed in a little bit of I can't believe its not butter.

Then I had 1/2 of colby jack cheese stick. 45 calories (I was planning on eating the whole thing but the boys saw me eating it and ran over to help me eat it.)

The actual thing was 290 cal but I didnt eat it all so I am deducting some calories.

Snack: Fiber One oats and strawberries with almonds it has 140 calories but I didnt eat the whole thing. I am gonna say I ate about 3/4 of it so that was about 105 calories. I ran out of my 100 calorie snacks so I took one of Davids snacks. (hee hee)

Dinner Small salad- Lettuce, cheese, chicken, tad bit of ranch, tad bit of salsa. 250 calories

Day 4 (Thursday)

Girls, I also havent had any cokes or coffee this week and I feel better. My skin feels better and I have more energy in the night time. Or it could have been eating so many sweets at night. For the last two weeks I had been eating tons of sweets at work and when I got home from work. So thats been hard for me. The weekend is going to be tough for me though I just know it.

I was making my boys pizza for dinner after I had eaten, and I so wanted some of that pizza so I immediately drank a big glass of water so i could feel full and not think about the pizza.

I just noticed that everyday I consume a little bit more calories. Thats not good!

Day 3

Breakfast:
1 Bottle of Vitamin Water Power-C dragonfruit 100 cal.
Nature Valley Granola Bar 90 cal.

Oh yes before I came to work I had 1 cup of water.

(I try to drink 8 cups of water a day.)

Lunch: ToBe Determined I forgot to bring something for lunch. I do have a slimfast but I hate drinking a meal cause I feel jipped.
Ok I went to McDonalds and got a Southwest grilled chicken salad. I only ate 1/2 of it. 210 calories. 1 bottle of water

Snack Bottle of water and 100 calorie oreo thin crisps

Dinner: I had a small portion ofmexican chicken dinner
It was white rice, green and red bell peppers, corn, hot sauce and chicken breast, with grated cheese. It was very good. I measured 1/2 cup of rice which is one serving and it had 200 calories and I had 1/2 of a chicken breast. I am gonna guess that what I ate was about 300 calories.
1 bottle of water.

Total calories= 800 calories.

Side note: I talked to my dad today he said he has lost a total of 12 pounds and he tarted his diet last Monday. I also asked him how much he weighed. Surprisingly he told me and I was shocked, if I would have known that before I would have been on his butt to start dieting sooner.
