Day 16

I got some sleep but not enough. I am still pretty tired. I ate like crap yesterday and so today my stomach feels all bloated and uncomfortable. To me its not worth having a cheat day. So I got me some soups and I am back on my diet today.

Breakfast: 20 oz Vitamin Water 125 cal.
Nature Valley granola bar 90 calories.

2 cups of water

Lunch 1 cup of water
Progresso chicken noodle soup 180 calories.

3 cups of water

Snack: 100 calorie chips ahoy thin crisps

Dinner: 4oz of rotisserie chicken 213 calories
1/2 cup of green beans 20 calories
1/2 cup of corn 60 calories
1 cup of water

Total: 788 Calories
